I have a website with a password and PIN—Chrome wants to save the same for both fields

Please describe your question/comment in detail (for example, steps to reproduce the problem):
Google Chrome version (type about:version into the address bar): 4.1.249.1059
Operating System: Win 7 64 bit
Error Message:Crash ID (follow the steps here: http://ping.fm/NE5Zt):URLs (if applicable):Extensions installed:Antivirus/anti-malware software:

A site requires both password and PIN, but Chrome remembers the same and applies to both: eg, entering site, I enter p/w; it fills in the same p/w for PIN field, which I have to manually change. Next time I log in, the PIN appears in p/w field. The odd thing is that I have another machine (Win7, but 32 bit) on which it saves the p./w as taht and the PIN as that, making both work just the way it should. Suggestions welcomed, with thanks!
