in Safari I could create a folder in the menubar & merely drag contents to that folder from the address bar. inChrome?

Please describe your question/comment in detail (for example, steps to reproduce the problem): When I research an item or subject, in Safari I would create a folder and place it directly under the url address making it easy to just fill that folder with all sites and then open all of them in tabs. How is that possible in Chrome?
Google Chrome version (type about:version into the address bar): 5.0.342.9 beta
Operating System: OSX 10.6.3
URLs (if applicable): all
Error Message: none
